Yoder's Country Market - Bulls Gap

I visited this amazing market and was impressed by its size and well-stocked shelves. The staff were delightful and the prices were very reasonable. They had a great variety of bulk buy items. I highly recommend making the trip from Knoxville to visit this spot.

After parking my truck at Yoders for the night, I decided to explore the restaurant in the morning. As a lover of Serrano Ham, I purchased a Brown Sugar Cured Ham to sample. It exceeded my expectations with its delicious color, texture, and flavor. The sandwiches were also excellent. I will definitely remember Yoders for my next visit to the area.

I love this restaurant. They have a fantastic variety and are a great spot for bakers and home cooks looking for unique ingredients like flours, seasonings, specialty food flavorings, concentrates, fillings, cheeses, cured meats, and more. We initially overlooked their deli but discovered they make delicious sandwiches. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by to check it out.

Great sandwiches, fried pies, snack items, and atmosphere. We love everything about Yoder's and the people are wonderful. I almost get the fried country ham sandwich and my wife gets the pimento cheese. We love, love, LOVE the cherry and cream cheese pies!!!

The deli sandwiches are worth the drive. We bought home canned apple butter, peaches, home made pimento cheese extra deli meat and cheese to share with family. My honey fell for the fresh donuts and we shared those also. Visit them soon.
