Countyline Tavern - Buffalo Grove

The food was slightly overcooked, but well seasoned. If it hadn't been overcooked, it would have been perfect. The service was excellent and the cocktails were delicious. I always enjoy the atmosphere at this restaurant.

Brunch on the patio with perfect weather. Build your own **** or Mimosa was a hit and the menu, while small,covered a fantastic brunch.

My wife’s whitefish was great. My burger, ordered medium, was well done and dry. Just awful.

We always enjoy supporting locally owned restaurants and have visited Countyline a few times. We appreciate the nice patio with a fireplace. During our recent visit, we received excellent service and found a great selection of drinks. The only downside was that two out of four of our meals were served lukewarm. However, the issue was promptly resolved and one of our meals was even comped, so it didn't end up being a major problem. We understand that restaurants are currently facing challenges in finding enough staff, so we commend Countyline for acknowledging the issue. We will definitely give them another try in the future.

This was our second visit to the restaurant. We were served by the same server, John, on both occasions. John is truly one of the best servers we have encountered in a long time. He is very genuine, engaging, and knowledgeable. We will definitely request him every time we come back, which will be frequently!
