Milestones - Buffalo

We normally love Milestones but will no longer be going there. Their food quality has gone down significantly. We ordered the kid's pasta and it was spicy. The mushroom soup no longer comes with bread or croutons on the soup. We also had the Thai noodles which tasted like the coconut milk had gone bad. Our waitress was busy chatting and we had to get someone else to bring us water and address the pasta. It's disappointing. Exceeding brunch food but it took for ever for everything from receiving our drinks (nothing fancy) to our food, to our bill. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Beautiful restaurant it was our first time in overall really good vibe. We didn't have a lot but every place I go I order spinach dip and I have to say I'm not sure how a large chain like this manages to sell something so bland. The Ceasars salad was large and really good amazing amount of bacon! Husband had the rib steak it was good quality just a little over cooked for his liking and no check in for us to comment on anything. Overall I'm sure it's a great place to go just for us we wouldn't go back. Probably just a personal preference Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible experience with the server “Meagan”. She has such a fake persona around customers but I saw the other side. It seems as if it was her first day on the job and wasn’t able to accommodate me and my family at all. She had a terrible attitude towards kind requests we made. I will never be returning, this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
