Bidrage med feedbackWe have visited this restaurant multiple times in order to give them a chance, but each time we were reminded why we should not return! During our first visit, we initially ordered a 12-piece meal but then discovered a 20-piece option for the same price. When we tried to change our order, the person at the window made rude comments. However, the female manager came over, apologized, and handled the situation well. On our second visit around 8pm, they informed us that they were out of chicken because they were in a rush. It seems like their lack of customer service may be the reason for their slow business. During our third visit, I asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade, a drink I have enjoyed here before, but was told they did not have it. Despite seeing the drink on display, the staff claimed they had cleaned the machine and could not make it. I usually love Popeyes, but I would rather go to a different location like Kyle instead of returning here. That speaks volumes about the poor experience we had.
The new managers are fantastic! The service was incredibly fast and they even gave me an extra cookie because I was having a tough day.
Avoid visiting this Popeyes location as they serve spoiled food. The service is consistently poor, with long wait times and incorrect orders. On top of that, I recently received spoiled red beans and rice that had a foul smell upon opening. Despite complaining, there was no proper resolution from the staff. It is clear that the management does not care about the quality of their products or customer satisfaction. It is better to visit the Popeyes location in Kyle instead.
On Saturday at 19:00 clock was drawn in, it was said that they did not have any sharp offers, so I said regularly was in order and ordered a sprit for a drink. All that my food was cold, except the kekshexe was half warm. and the prite gave it to me only in the ground only evil sour water. I hate to leave bad reviews, but that was just ridiculous. there was not even a reception to go back and try to get my money back if I wanted.
I had been going to this Popeyes location because the lines are never long. There are two reasons for this. First, it is a pain to find the entrance to this place. Secondly, the service is always sub par. My kid decided he wanted a Chicken Sandwich. I pull up the speaker. There are no cars in the drive through. Silence. I wait a few minutes, thinking maybe they do not realize someone is waiting. Still silence. I finally spoke up, Hello The young girl comes up the speaker and never apologizes for the wait. You can hear in the tone of her voice she does not want to be there. She never asks if I want anything else. I have to give her both orders and she quickly tells me the order total and to pull up. I pull up to the window and she is still giving me attitude like this the last place she wants to be. She takes my credit card and I comment in a sarcastic tone to my kid, Wow.. She is really friendly The only good thing about this place is I got my food quickly. There was another car who had to pull up and wait for his food. I did risk it by not checking my order when the woman tossed me my bag. Luckily, the order was right.I get home and the tenders are small and cold. The red beans and rice was ok, but a little on the salty side. The chicken sandwiches were also cold and bland. Come on Popeyes. You need to step it up a notch. I stopped going to your Kyle location because the drive through is a nightmare and their service is just as bad as the Buda location. This is not the first time I have gone to this location and received lackluster service.
