Charming chocolate shop featuring a wide selection of chocolate treats!

I appreciated the management's response and their explanation for the shop's closure. I'm confident that this place will not disappoint when you try their menu.

Melt is a chocolaterie and coffee shop that, despite being located in the middle of a shopping mall, manages to create a warm, French café ambiance—very much in the Sandton style. The menu is small but thoughtfully curated to cater to everyone's tastes. I opted for a toasted sandwich made with health bread, filled with Gruyère, ham, and cheese, accompanied by a fresh salad that was actually delicious and not just an afterthought. My mom chose the whole-wheat scone, which had a rustic appearance and came with a generous portion of Gruyère, jam, and cream. The kids were thrilled with the waffles, which certainly lived up to their reputation. The "crispy" waffles are served with a variety of topping options such as Belgian chocolate, honey, syrup, and more. You can also add Paul’s Homemade Ice Cream, choosing from a selection available in the little shop. Melt is quickly becoming a favorite of ours. The service is friendly and efficient, the food has impressed us all, and the waffles have satisfied even the pickiest of eaters! :D

Best wholewheat scones with the most magnificent cheese, jam and cream. Cappuccino good too but could have been a little hotter. Seemed to take a bit of time today but well worth the wait. My friend's son had the chocolate brownies which looked delicious too.

The ambiance of the shop is unique and intimate even though the physical set up would seem to contradict my statement.<br/ <br/ The service was alright, the waiting staff was helpful and attentive.
