Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The front desk seated 3 tables before us after being told we were next in line. One seated after 45 minutes our server, Whitney, was good at serving and keeping up with us. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and a guy in a blue shirt came over and gave us biscuits and said these are free due to the food not being out yet and “your ticket is first and the kitchen is getting up to get your food out”. Once we waited another 20-30 minutes we decided to leave due to three other tables getting their food before us when we were there well before them. No apology by management for this experience and carelessness.

I've had better. My husband's meal was much better than mine. My main complaint was serving cornbread that was not fresh. When Cracker Barrel's cornbread is fresh out of the oven, you can't beat it.

Food was great, service was horrible. Catering order for over 300 and no one offered to help me pack the food out. Lady with the microphone acted like I was an inconvenience.

Server was very friendly, but two orders were incorrect. Some of the sides appeared to have been made for a while.

Terrible experience with the server. Coffee was cold, but food was ok. Not really hot but good. Waited 15 minutes to get coffee. Another 10 for order to be taken. No spoons for coffee and asked for napkins 3 times and finally got them at end of eating. Very rude.
