Pizza Hut - Brownsville

I placed an order, and I received old dough instead of fresh, plus they forgot the toppings. Having worked for this company before, I know what fresh quality should look like. They refused to rectify my order or refund my money. This is truly poor management. Remember, the customer is always right, especially when it's clear that the order was mishandled.

The service was quick, though it might vary depending on the day, but overall it was a positive experience.

I was in Houston, and the service I received was nothing short of exceptional.

We ordered our pizza in advance and they were delicous. Place was clean and staff was helpful.

The marinara sauce was a little off but other than that everything was excellent. The service excellent!
