Starbucks - Brooklyn

As the café filled up with customers who were coming in and receiving their orders, I finally asked the staff if they had forgotten mine. They handed me someone else's order by mistake. Thankfully, I checked it before leaving, or I would have walked away with the wrong items. After clarifying, they gave the correct order to the right person, but I found it really unprofessional that I almost ended up with someone else's food. After waiting for 20 minutes—no exaggeration—my order was finally ready, but the employee simply slid it towards me without a word of apology, as if I had caused the delay. To top it off, the coffee was not properly sealed, causing it to spill in the bag and soak my egg bites, forcing me to throw everything away. It was a complete waste of a lovely Sunday morning. Fortunately, I was able to head to the coffee shop across the street, which turned out to be a much better choice.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very respectful. However, I ordered a strawberry crème, and this is what I got. The drinks were disappointing, at least in my case.

The service and coffee here are consistently excellent. Even during busy hours, the wait time is reasonable thanks to their efficient team. This place comes highly recommended!

Expressionless barista didn't greet me I was the only one at the counter. Since she also didn?t ask my name, my coffee just sat there with other call-in orders and no one bothered to say anything. At least my drink was prepared as requested. Next time, I?ll wait 15 minutes go to Coffee Land when it opens at 7. Previous visit was Starbucks-standard quality with much better customer service.

ALWAYS a 20 minute wait no matter how many people are waiting for their orders. Today I waited over 40 minutes and it turns out they didn?t have an ingredient. No one told me or called my name when the ticket was ready. I was sitting in front of them the whole time. Two employees straight up ignored me. I?ve worked retail and customer service for over 19 years so I know stuff happens and things get crazy but c?mon man!
