India Place - Brooklyn

This is my favorite neighborhood place for Indian food. The food is so fresh and flavorful, super authentic. We order at least once a week from Mumbai Place. The staff and delivery drivers are so friendly and nice too.

Went for takeout and got the lunch special 2 meats with rice. A very good deal for the amount of food. My husband enjoyed the Chicken masala and I loved my chicken curry. The curry chicken was very aromatic and the vegetable samosas were amazing. The man behind the counter was very nice and threw in a complimentary pudding.

The lamb was cooked exceptionally well! If you can cut it with a spoon I think you have got it bang on the money. Also the lemon rice was banging, very lemony which you don’t always get from a lemon rice, which I know seems confusing but it’s true. Chilli cheese naan was good but needed more cheese, not a point to reduce the star rating just a personal request. Highly recommended.

Delicious. Stopped in for dinner and was planning on ordering my usual (chicken Tikka Masala) but our server Isra kindly recommended I try the chicken chops and I am so glad she did. Absolutely delicious and the presentation was a 10/10

Location was great The food was delicious and we were given perfect portions. It was so good we ordered to go portions as well. Missing a small vibe, maybe some light music would do the trick. It was an awesome Eid lunch experience!
