Buttermilk Channel - Brooklyn

This was great place for a girls lunch. The restaurant is quiet ...as people were sitting outside. Our wait person was very attentive. Food was good.

Wonderful! Everything was wonderful. Food was great. Service was excellent. Get the fried chicken you will not be disappointed.

Second visit just as good as the first. LOVE, LOVE me some popovers. Even a good value. I'm not a huge fan of the cornbread myself I must admit, but a friend of mine adores it, and was thus SO disappointed when we only tried to get her a takeout after the cornbread maker was shut down. LOVE the Fried chicken with waffle and the lush butter you get with it. Very nice room and comfortable chairs and benches. As always, nice helpful wait staff. Literally the ONLY downside is how **** noisy the room gets. But hey: it's New York and noise is just the way it is. Oh, and did I mention the chocolate pot de creme? YUM-MY! I'm sure we'll be back soon. And absolutely no problem with multiple credit cards on a check

Excellent food, beautiful restaurant, but just so crowded. One of those places where your table is less than a foot from the next table on either side, putting you in the middle of your neighbor's conversations. They have to move the table to let you in at the beginning of the meal and out at the end
