Starbucks - Broken Arrow

Good place for a quiet mtg or to take a grand to get a special

Taking 15 minutes to make 4 drinks is unacceptable at any Starbucks, anywhere. It was Christmas Eve and I waited patiently for my delivery order. Then the manager tried to put other orders in front of mine, so I pointed out I’ve been waiting 15 minutes. She’s snapped back at me as if I was in the wrong for saying something. Completely classless . Starbucks is in the wrong.

I always try to give this location a chance, but this location is always a LONG WAIT. Over 20 minutes for one drink, whether or not I do a mobile order or in person. 8 out of 10 times the staff is rude. I recommend going to the memorial location over this one any day.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks location in town. Been there a few times and drinks are NEVER ready at the estimated pick-up time.

Employee serving at the window decides that today the day to spend her time talking to her friend while the rest of us wait. Some of us are trying to get to work. Left the line with no coffee, won't be back.
