App is always broken and they won't take phone orders.

Umm. 2nd time here, the guy at this time, it might be due to because he was alone and he looked like he was packed with orders. He really tried to fake good customer service, but u could tell he was like done, I was trying to be genuinely nice as can be for I can feel his negative aura. At the end, the fakest, bye have a good day. Maybe he was understaffed, idk, the one in Tulsa has like 6-7 people working all the time which makes no sense. Food was good but the service was…

It was my sons first time here so it took him a minute to look but we felt so rushed by the employee. Nobody was in here so we didn’t really come out with what he wanted. Whoever was working here on Saturday May 13, 2023 around 2:30 pm at the register, next time don’t make people feel uncomfortable or you seem irritated because we needed a minute. Shame because the food was good but I base my expectations on customer service ranked as high as the food and it wasn’t it

The last 3 visits to the Broken Arrow location I have interacted with the same staff member, a lady by the name Danielle (not sure on spelling). The pizza has been perfectly prepared; she has such a polite friendly and professional attitude. It really makes it a pleasant experience.

My girlfriend walked in at 8:38pm and the guy behind the counter said it was too late to make a pizza. He said he only takes online orders after 8:50. He was extraordinarily rude and kept repeating about not taking any orders after 8:50. I work in a restaurant that serves right up till close (sometimes after) and he didn't seem to understand it was more than 20 minutes until 9:00. She called another papa Murphy's to confirm this is the policy. The gentleman at the store we called was very nice and assured her that every person that walks in that store before the closing time is to be served food. I feel like the owner wouldn't appreciate losing a sale that could have potentially turned a profit for that last, slow hour. It's a shame, because we have always enjoyed Papa Murphy's.
