Gowrishankar is one of those Veggie fast food places you visit because there are not too many options and you are starving. Rushed looking waiters jostle you into the first empty seat and bark out the specials. Once they have your order, they literally serve it at the speed of light. Take that McDonalds! The vegetarian meals include rice, sambar, rasam, papad, curd, pickle and a whole lot of south Indian veggie varieties of varying degrees of yumminess. It is plain, simple and decent fare. They make decent chapathis as well and serve it with veg kurma and onion salad. If you don't have a lot of options and are not too particular about the ambience or a bit of jostling, this is not a bad place to grab a bite.

I typically order fresh juices at this restaurant and they have always been delicious. However, on my recent visit, I did not receive a proper response and there was no QR code available. This seems unfair. The management should take appropriate steps to maintain a good reputation.
