$60 for 12 pretty solid quality pieces is a great deal, especially so close to Times Sq. Chef was friendly and outgoing. Don't expect your usual omakase experience; it's in a small basement room, it's dark, and there's loud music. Not really my vibe for enjoying sushi, so just a heads-up.

This was the best sushi experience I have had. I’ve been to many different places, in many different states and countries and this is by far the best. The vibe of the place was amazing and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The sushi was fresh and prepared right in front of you. I would recommend and even travel just to come back. One big tip is do the 60 minute reservation, it is very worth it!

Been to many sushi places this is by far the best. The music was great and vibe was upbeat and fun. All the food was delicious and overall the experience was priceless. If your in New York this is the spot.

By far my most favorite Omakase spot. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm. It is a little small but I enjoy the homey vibe. The entrance is downstairs to a basement which did seem shady to me and not my favorite but I realized they were going for a speakeasy vibe. There is a 30 minute time limit. Incredible! Best fish i’ve eaten in my life. The food is perfect and the staff makes you have an amazing experience. They love their jobs and it is fun to interact with them. Would recommend to anyone.
