If you're in the neighborhood or live on the Upper East Side, make sure to check out this place. I visited yesterday evening, and the owner shared that they will be closing by the end of the month due to rising rent costs. The food here is truly exceptional! They serve the best hoagies (or heroes, since I'm from Philly) in Manhattan, using Boar's Head deli products. It broke my heart to hear this news. The owner is a very friendly man who is always easy to talk to.

The homemade Indian food here is fantastic! As a Mexican, the spices really remind me of the comforting dishes I love. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious. My favorites are the butter chicken and the Mughlai Chole.

The food is delicious and full of flavor. The service is excellent and friendly. Sammy recommended the curry goat, and all I can say is wow! If you're in the area, stop by and give it a try.

We found this place thanks to the great reviews on this app and thanks to our sudden whim to get Indian food. When we walked through the door Samy's warm smile greeted us and welcome us in. He peppered us with different tastes and samples of what he had to offer. After a couple tries we knew we had found something special. ALL of the dishes I've tried so far have been winners. Having such a high win ratio makes this place a staple on my take-out rotation. There's tons of dishes to try and tons of food to eat. His affectionate demeanor, high quality food, and affordable prices make it really hard to not love this place. The reviews are not wrong, this place is where food magic happens.
