Keens Steakhouse - Broad Channel

I can not speak enough about how wonderful this steakhouse is. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by a smile and directed to where you'll sit. Soon after you'll meet your waiter who will offer you some amazing housemade drink choices, and the whole experience is one you'll always remember. My husband and I found the mutton chops, prime rib, potatoes, mushrooms, and seafood delicious. Another part of what made this experience so great was the manager Rusty (hope I'm spelling his name correctly). He was so kind and made you feel welcome. I feel today there are a lot of places that struggle with sincerely knowing how to treat their customers, but this place goes above and beyond. Don't just pick any steakhouse in New York pick Keen's. I promise you won't regret it.

This place is a must if you are in NYC! Yes, be prepared to drop some serious cash here, but they play to win here at Keen’s! First of all, the staff were killing it! Extremely attentive and friendly and you can tell they really enjoyed their work. The food! Words cannot explain the entirety of the steak that I enjoyed there. Utterly amazing! My wife and I shared the porterhouse for 2 and both of us had enough to share. The history and decor of the place was so fun and interesting, it really helped to set a pleasant, romantic evening for us. Again, I cannot stress enough, if you are anywhere NEAR Keen’s, you should definitely add it to your plans!

Amazing lamb chop. The mint jelly suits lamb steak very well. Lobster salad is also great. The cocktail is New York Sour, whiskey+red wine+lime+orange, very refreshing.

I don't usually eat bread before meals, but it was so delicious that I ate it all. The steak is very delicious (the photo doesn't make it look appetizing) and the atmosphere is nice. The walls were filled with photos and letters of famous people from the past, and the ceiling was filled with smoking pipes. We ordered steak for two people and it was very delicious, and the staff even gave us a warm-up in between meals. And the wine was amazing! I ordered nebbiolo.
