Absolutely delicious! This was my first time visiting, and I was not let down at all. The burger was fresh and packed with flavor, while the fries were even fresher and incredibly tasty. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

During my visit to Pal with my son Micah, we were consistently impressed. The food was always fresh and tasty. The shakes were a delightful addition, too. We also tried the cookies and cheddar rounds, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was friendly and prepared our food in no time.

I had my first negative experience at a Pals location in 20 years. I ordered two Big Pals with cheese, bacon, and only mayo. When the cashier asked if I wanted anything else on them, I clearly said no. However, when I checked my order before leaving, I found that the burgers only had meat and bacon on them. Frustrated, I turned around and went back to the drive-thru window. The staff member walked away for 2 to 3 minutes before returning to ask what the issue was. I explained that I had ordered them with mayo, bacon, and cheese, but they only had bacon. They prepared my order again, but when I received it, there was just one burger with cheese, bacon, and meat – not what I ordered. At this point, I was becoming quite angry. I told them this wasn’t right. Another employee came to the window to take my receipt, and I mentioned that I had paid for the burgers and wanted the correct order. Finally, after all the staff stood there with their arms crossed, they made my order correctly. The entire staff was young and extremely rude. I’ve contacted corporate about this location, and they informed me they’ve received multiple complaints. I do not recommend dining here, and I will not be returning.
