The Grille At Hilton Barbados

Last night we dined in the grill and although atmosphere and service were above average, the menu is very limited. we have seen about the menu we have seen online on the Hilton website, but we were told it was a pre-Covid menu that they never took down. In addition, two entrées were not available, which further limited the menu. definitiw is not worth the money unless they expand their menu.

Very poor for the price tag. Booked this for christmas dinner 2019. The menu and wine list was overpriced, even by Barbados standards, and unfortunately the food and service standard did not rise to the heights they may have envisaged with their menu and setting. Much better to eat a light meal at the bar next door or better yet, the outstanding food and service at Buzo Osteria, just a few minutes down the road.

The staff was friendly and friendly. eating was fantastic and the service of our waiter simon was excellent.

We celebrated our little son's birthday, and the table was beautifully arranged with a lovely birthday song sung by the staff, along with a surprise piece of chocolate cake for the birthday boy. The service and food were excellent; the staff was very attentive, and the time between ordering and receiving our drinks and meals was very prompt. The distance between the tables allowed for some nice private conversation. The interior design is somewhat sleek and formal.

The food and the service were as always excellent. we loved every bite and every moment of our culinary experience. we're coming back.
