We had a great experience at Anthony’s considering it was the last day it was going to be open for dine in due to a mandatory shut down issued by our governor. We were celebrating a birthday and were very pleased with our friendly attentive server. He was very engaging and checked on us often. Our food was great and was delivered in a very timely manner. It was hot and cooked to perfection. Great cocktail drinks too! The restaurant did a great job with social distancing of guests and taking all of the necessary steps to sanitize the dining area. They used onetime use paper menus or you could pull up the menu on your phone. We felt safe dining there. We will definitely go back when we are once again permitted to dine in

My husband and I celebrated our 47th anniversary here. We were impressed by the food, staff and the ambience. Our waiter, Adrian, was the best! We really cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Wanted to try March Oyster Fest. This was a repeat of new years celebration that appear to be an off day for Anthony 's. We enjoyed our favorite types of oysters, with my wife trying the black cod, and I opted for Halibut fish and chips. These were on the special today menu and happened to be both our favorites. All dishes were stellar, especially the oysters. The restaurant excelled in speed to seating (we arrived 1 minute after our reservation time), we were taken right to a 2 person table immediately after presenting ourselves. Mattie our wait staff was great, explained everything and was super friendly. She found the right amount of attention without, over doing it. Nothing took long to get to the table, which is amazing as each of the oysters had to be shucked. No signs of sand nor shell in each of the oysters so skillful hands must have been preparing them, with care. The varieties we ordered are delicate and very tiny (Olympia, Kumamoto, Baywater Sweets). All paired well with a Kendall Jackson Sauvignon Blanc. Anthony 's is a place we celebrate occasions and they delivered. As I have previously reviewed Anthony 's on New Years Eve, where they had challenges that night. It appears that they took each of the observations and made targeted improvements. I guess when friends give you advice, and it is constructive, it only strengthens the relationship. Cheers!

I made a reservation for us to go in on a Wednesday evening, solely to alert the restaurant I was bringing my husband for his birthday. I asked for anything they might do for special occasion as my husband’s mother has just passed away and I was trying to make it a little extra special. Nothing was done or said to acknowledge his birthday. In their defense, I don’t know if they do anything extra for a birthday visit but I would have thought at least a HAPPY BIRTHDAY or some kind of verbal acknowledgment would have happened. Our waitress was friendly but she couldn’t speak hardly at all(not sure if she used to smoke a lot or what so was hard to hear here and she was very awkward. (I am not trying to be rude or judgy at all, I’m just being honest. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I was so frustrated this was our experience as we had really been looking forward to going. We shared a meal and got a couple sides, pops w/ a tip $100. We do not usually do meals at that price so this was an extra special outing.

Way over rated this place is, and the managers on staff last night did nothing to help.
