Indonesian restaurant in bratislava? wow, we were impressed! this is one of the most authentic and nice Indonesian foods that they can get in europa (except amsterdam). no wonder the owner comes from Indonesia. the restaurant was not very full when we came here, but the service was warm and the dishes were great. we had soto medan (regional stew) rendang (bef) and nasi goreng (popular rührei.) the presentation could be improved, but the taste was delicious.

The place is simple, but modern. next to a la carte you can order a weekly lunch menu. it includes a suppe, but they have to wait for a surprise as the lunch menu says only lunch soup. as for the dishes, the big suppe, nr. 4 on the menu, is a taste foul huhn or coconut curry soup, which on the menu every week. but you will see them quiet spicy and with a bit likely fish sauce smell. the pork bell was very interesting, I recommend it, the only kon was a bit big pieces of meat that cut crispy when served in a bowl. overall makan is an interesting place with a terrace.

Very beautiful and exotic restaurant with some vegetarian and vegan options (limited to 1 or 2 such meal times.)

Tasty lunch menu for fair price and tasty dinner items too. Downside is if you ask for chilli, it's 1€ extra.
