Mcdonald's - Braintree

Even though it was lunchtime, the staff worked incredibly efficiently. The renovations look fantastic! I never received a rude response from any of them when I picked up my food.

I ordered Szechuan Sauce and McNuggets today, and I was impressed right from the start. They answered the phone instantly and informed me that they had the sauce, suggesting that I place my order through the app. When I arrived, I noticed an advertisement for a Shamrock Shake and decided to place a quick second order on the app. Within just a few minutes, I received both my food and the Shamrock Shake from one of the friendliest employees I’ve ever encountered, especially at a McDonald's! Overall, it was an unexpectedly wonderful experience. I’ll definitely return next time.

We'll grab lunch after the discharge and appointments. The wait wasn't too long—though it felt a bit longer than usual, my order came out just right. Plus, it was piping hot, so I appreciated the extra time. I'd definitely go back. If you use the McDonald's app, you can order ahead of time.

Fast service. Great staff. As I say in other McD's reviews, it's a McDonald's, so food you like or hate it. I'm impartial. It's a short bite and her coffee is great for just $1. This place will let you prepare your own, which is a big plus.

As Feb 26th, this location is closed for dine-in. Everything has to be done through drive-through, even if you don’t have a car. It is kind of irritating, but nothing you can do about it. They should have just open their doors for taking to-go orders.
