El Cortez - Bradley

This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and it will likely be our last. I would not even give this place a 1-star rating. The food we were served was spoiled. My husband ordered chicken enchiladas and noticed they tasted off. When I tried them, I confirmed they were old and spoiled. We informed the waitress, but received no apologies or acknowledgment from the staff or management. They seemed embarrassed because it was true that they served us spoiled food. Incredibly, they still charged us for the meal.

The service was decent, but I was not impressed with the food. I do not plan on returning.

The food is consistently delicious every time I visit this restaurant. I have been there on multiple occasions and it never fails to impress me. The service is quick and efficient. I cannot understand why this restaurant is not busy all the time!

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I tried the Chicken Carbon based on the server's recommendation and it definitely lived up to the hype.

We have visited El Cortez multiple times and have always had a fantastic experience! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoy going for Taco Tuesday (5 tacos for $5), but the first time we went, the manager took the time to ask about our preferences (spicy or mild, etc.) and offered recommendations that we ended up enjoying. The wait staff and servers are very nice, always with a smile on their faces. The food is delicious and we often end up taking half of it home. I highly recommend El Cortez for a date night or casual dinner out with friends, especially on Taco Tuesday!
