Kfc - Bradford West Gwillimbury

I have been to this location 3 times and every time the food is just terrible and today again picked up slider, along with fries, chicken is so dry, you can’t even chew. We had to trash that whole meal. They need to either change this management or shut down this location. My family and I went to this location and we waited for 45 minutes for someone to service us. The one Employee kept looking at us and didn't even come to the counter to take our order. Very disappointed they just kept taking orders. And making orders. Service: 1

I’ve been to this restaurant only a handful of times. On one occasion I was told they only had tenders and popcorn chicken and on TWO other occasions, I had to wait 15 minutes while they prepared more chicken. These weren’t very busy times of the day either. It’s not a very busy place, at least it’s not when I’ve been there. Maybe they thought they could get buy with what they had. Either way, poor management. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a ten piece bucket with sides last night January 12th,2024. The fries, gravy and coleslaw were great the chicken however was terrible. I would expect at least a leg or two, a breast would have been nice but all I got was 5 wings and 5 unidentified pieces of chicken. I would not recommend this store for a meal. Food: 1 Service: 4

Order. 6 pieces. We only got 4 either way chicken is so bad. Im even happy i didn’t get. The 6 pcs. We used to love this place. Food got so bad. . If someone read this comment trust do not order from here. !! Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1
