Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Bradenton

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was pleased with the service. The restaurant was clean and the food was unique. I enjoyed the Kale and Apple salad, as well as the Chicken breakfast wrap and smoothie. I definitely plan to return in the future.

Customer service is very important to me because it indicates the level of care put into preparing the food. Today, when I went through the drive-thru, the person taking orders was extremely rude. I had to repeat myself several times and was even interrupted while speaking. As a result, you have lost me as a customer and I will be sure to spread the word.

I have enjoyed everything I have tried so far at this restaurant. My favorite dish is the Peanut Paradise with a Caribbean jerk wrap, and the kids love the Bahama mama.

This place is hit or miss. Usually a long wait at the drive through. The wraps are sloppily made, usually falls apart or is very messy and the food is not distributed evenly...one time the chicken was only on one side of the wrap. Smoothies are prettygood. Kinda of expensive for what you get.
