Is the food worth the money? Yes, the food at Basil's was tasty and there was nothing bad about the taste. The cleanliness of the place was good, including the bathrooms. The service is more of a self-serve style where you order at the counter and pick up your food, similar to a school cafeteria. The portions were not large, but they were satisfying. However, the food was only lukewarm when served, with the mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese being room temperature. The Gyros were cold due to the lettuce, but the crispness of the lettuce was appreciated. The presentation of the food was excellent, with attention to detail that made the dishes look beautiful. The pricing was reasonable for the portion sizes. Overall, Basil's is recommended for its tasty food and good value, despite the food not being served hot.

I was disappointed with the service provided by two older men at the restaurant. The first man, who appeared to be around 55/60 years old, seemed disinterested and simply asked me what I needed. After I told him, he questioned my order, but eventually processed it and walked away. The second man, who was around 40/50 years old, was unenthusiastic when I added to my order. He acted as if I was asking for a lot when all I did was request a simple addition. Despite this, I did receive my order in the end, but he recommended that I call ahead next time. I mentioned that my daughter had called ahead the week before, but still had to wait for her order to be prepared. The man seemed skeptical and questioned if she had actually called. Although the chicken at this restaurant is amazing, I was disappointed by the unhelpful attitude of these two older men. I plan to call ahead in the future, even though I don't think ordering two 20-piece buckets should be a burden for them. It's possible that these men were having a rough morning, and if that was the case, I apologize if I added to their stress. I still love the chicken despite the experience.

Consistently great food and service! We usually order takeout for dinner and it is always delicious. The prices are reasonable, averaging $10–20 per person. The mashed potatoes, breast, and chicken wings are highly recommended. The atmosphere is also pleasant, with a rating of 5.

My family and I have been going to basils at this location for a very long time now, but recently the service has been getting poor, prices are being raised yet food portions are getting smaller. And this isn’t my first time dealing with a half cup of beans or gravy with a dash of mashed potatoes etc. Something need to change!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
