Folk - Bowness-on-Windermere

I absolutely adore Folk! The staff is friendly, there are plenty of vegan options available, and the food is delicious. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated.

We went for breakfast and found that the vegan options were limited, but all of them were really delicious. It was a pleasant surprise to find a place like this in Windermere.

We received a very warm welcome at the restaurant. We were in search of a place to have coffee and a light snack, so we were thrilled to find out that they offered oat milk and a vegan option called ALT avocado lettuce and tomato. The bread was incredibly tasty and perfectly seasoned, with a generous spread of vegan mayo. We also noticed a vegan cake on display, which we couldn't resist sharing a slice of. It was absolutely delicious.

Must give this place a try! Such a great small menu that is quality over quantity! I had the Korean BBQ chicken strips and Shake Fries! Honestly incredible! Great sauce! Really nice Garden Cocktail too. My partner had the chicken bao buns and jerk fries absolutely loved it! Absolutely reeling over the buns! The beers on tap were delicious too!
