Panda Express - Bountiful

We love eating panda on occasion for family dinner. The orange chicken has always been spicy but it was always tolerable for my little kids. It's their favorite choice, of course. Over the last 4 or 5 times it has kept getting progressively more spicy.Tonight I had to literally hold the orange chicken under running water so my kids could eat dinner. I'm totally disappointed.I'd much rather add chili paste to get the spiciness for me and my hubby then have to wash the orange chicken so my kids caneat it.

Mediocre at absolute best. Girl that was taking food orders was very obviously unhappy about being there and did everything she possibly could to avoid interacting with customers and then barely spoke loud enough to hear. Be careful at the cash registertoo, they 're hungry for their little donation campaign and charged almost a dollar to round up even after we very clearly saidwe did not want to contribute. Gotta be more careful with other people 's money.

The owner needs to strongly consider creating a prep space for online orders only as to not hinder/slow down walk in customers. This is the slowest PE I have ever been too due to the staff getting bogged down by preparing online orders.

Even though they were very busy, the workers were really nice, they were fast and the food was fresh and amazing. Always love eating here

Worse costumer service ever. My husband and I arrived and there was no customers just a couple already seated down eating there meal. We were ready to order and no one even acknowledged us and the girl finally says hi what can I get you? Right when I wasgonna speak she starts talking to another coworker. He clearly didn't care to get our order, she even took her time talking forme and my husband to decide to leave. So we just walked out. This place seems like it will be going down hill with that type ofcustomer service.
