Prezzo, Stevenage Leisure Park

We had a wonderful lunch for four adults and two kids. The waitstaff was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. While I usually prefer independent restaurants, I must admit that the food they serve is quite impressive.

I've never had a bad meal here; the food consistently arrives quickly and piping hot. The interior has a lovely atmosphere, and the bar is a great spot to relax while waiting for a table.

I had a dreadful experience with the service today! The waiter was very rude, and after waiting 45 minutes for our drinks, we decided to leave.

A group of us visited for our Christmas meal and it was awful. I have complained and they haven't even replied!!!

VERY rude host, unwilling to help us fit in despite lots of free tables. Also a booth that could probably fit around 10 having 2 people on it ...
