Boulder Chophouse Tavern

I had a lovely early dinner with my daughter on Mar. The restaurant was quiet that night and we had a leisurely meal that was excellent. Our server was Mitch who was attentive without being disruptive. Thanks for a great experience!

First time at Chop House. We went for our Anniversary and had a wonderful experience. Our server Jen greeted us with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, which was much appreciated. She went over the menu and specials and told us her favorite items. We went with some of her recommendations and were not disappointed. The restaurant also offered a complimentary dessert which was unexpected but also appreciated. I can’t say enough about our server Jen and the staff overall. The hostess was very friendly as well. We stopped on our way out to speak to the on duty manager to tell her how wonderful our experience was and how well we were treated. I definitely recommend for a special occasion or a business dinner.
