This Starbucks has a strict no dog policy. They won't even let you wait for your drink with your dog during the winter. Dog owners should avoid. The Starbucks by the nearby Fred Meyer is extremely friendly to dogs. Go there if you're in the neighborhood.

Last few drinks I've bought here were equivalent to gas station coffee ? Carmel Macchiato tasted like warmed water, warmed milk or just old tasting coffee. Won't be going back.

I've been ordering the same drink for over six years, so I know exactly how it should taste and how it's made. Every time I walk into Starbucks, the staff are usually polite and considerate to customers. However, my experience today was the worst I've ever had. The woman who took my order was rude and didn’t speak politely at all. When she made my drink, it didn't taste right, and when I asked her to remake it, she produced the same poor result. I ended up leaving the drink on the counter and told her to keep it. It felt like a complete waste of my money and time. I won't be returning to this store, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone!

I had my drink order messed up twice in different ways. When they redid it, there was no sticker or writing on the cup, so I didn't realize it was incorrect again until I was already on the road. It was quite disappointing.

I had the worst experience at a Starbucks. The employee, Clada, was the rudest staff member I’ve ever encountered. I also saw her mistreating other customers. I will be reaching out to corporate about this issue. As a Starbucks shareholder, I find the way I was treated, as well as how she treated others, completely unacceptable.
