Culver's - Bonita Springs

We absolutely love Culver's. My husband says it's the best burger he can get anywhere. I love their burgers, spicy chicken sandwich, chili cheese fries, and concrete mixers are an awesome treat!! Also a very family friendly dining experience. We'vedone both drive-thru and dine in with our family of five or just my husband and I. Every employee is super friendly andhelpful. ?????

The wait was incredibly long, so I expected my food to be fresh and hot as advertised. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. My bacon deluxe butter burger arrived cold, with double the mayo compared to usual, and it only had two small pickles that barely covered a quarter of the burger, along with almost no lettuce. The onion rings were overcooked to the point of being nearly burnt, yet they were also cold—actually, they were just cold, not even lukewarm. I could have easily gotten better quality food for a much lower price at McDonald's. I’m not sure what has happened at this location since last year when the food was decent, but I definitely won’t be returning.

I've traveled all over the world and have never had a burger of such high quality. My first visit to Culver was exceptional. The burger was perfectly crafted, accommodating all my special requests, and the restaurant was beautifully clean, thanks to Gaston. The flavor was outstanding; the butter enhanced the quality of the meat without making the burgers soggy. It was truly perfection. Gaston's service was remarkable: he was attentive, took the time to explain Culver's standards, and even gifted me a little Scoopy stuffed toy to remember my visit. I can't recommend this place enough, and Culver's leadership should certainly recognize Gaston’s outstanding abilities. He is a very kind and highly skilled professional. We'll definitely be back frequently during our stay in Florida.

The chicken tenders are absolutely delicious! The dough is thin and crispy, and they serve it with sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, which is amazing. The pretzel bites with Wisconsin cheese are incredibly addictive; they're just that good!
