Prices are a little high for a sub. During peak times the wait could be 30 min or more. App ordering needs a better system. Because there is a long wait, everyone just orders way ahead. Waited 30 minutes for a app order when I could have waited in line. Need a I'm here function similar to other apps. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

It’s the third the I’ve come. Same thing happening every time. The restaurant is almost empty, 4 people are working there. And for some reasons they don’t have the order ready. I love Jersey Mike’s but there is something wrong with this location!!! Once I waited 30 minutes past the time they gave me. Today was 10 minutes, but, again, the place is empty!!! Ordered a Giant cheese steak and a Giant Chicken cheese steak. The kid cooking put the meat on a dirty grill over old burnt food, I had to ask him to clean the grill. The chicken was ordered with the toppings on the side (it was for the next day) there was no toppings or relish. The Giant cheesecake was extra meat light cheese and it came very cheesy no extra meat. All of the workers are kids and they don't get orders right.
