A friend took me to this restaurant, but I don't think I'll be returning. We arrived around 8:15 PM, and the waitress suggested the ribs, so I ordered a rack along with fried okra and a trip to the salad bar. The ribs arrived right away, but I didn't even have time to visit the salad bar before tasting them—unfortunately, they were undercooked and as tough as leather. The okra was burnt and overcooked as well. By around 8:40 PM, I decided to head to the salad bar, only to find it had already been packed up. To top it off, my glass of water was never refilled. I seriously considered asking for a refund since I paid for a meal that was either inedible or unavailable. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of money. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.
