Waited 10 minutes for a drink while workers talked to their friends. Her and her friends gave me dirty looks when I addressed the concern, lol. Have worked at coffee shops for years. Bad service.

Always great, quick service even on their busiest mornings.

Multiple times I made myself seen waiting for a DoorDash order. The staff all saw me and never said a word. I even looked at an order that was already on the counter which wasn’t for my customer, so I patiently waited for almost 15 minutes before I interrupted the staff talking to another customer and asked if my order was being made. The staff member told me it was already ready and then told me to speak up and ask directly if I need assistance. I’ve worked in many different fields, so I try to be respectful and not bother staff when I assume they know I’m there waiting for something. All in all, no excuse not to address me while addressing every other customer some of whom did exactly what I did but were treated different.

Waited 16 minutes in an empty starbucks for my two refreshers. had to ask them to make our drinks after ordering them 16 minutes before. maybe they forgot but i ordered at the register not online or in the drive thru. quite disappointed since i really like this starbucks to study in because it’s really quiet and employees are usually nice. once they finished our drinks , barista came out and handed them to us and passive aggressively said to “use nicer words” although i said “i ordered our drinks 16 minutes ago what happened?” in a nice tone. not the best experience.
