When I finally stopped taking orders from this place. I waited up to 30 minutes until they complete customer orders. note that this was not a major complicated job. also, they miss stuff. lately they locked the lobby doors on Saturday at 19 o'clock. When I waited 25 minutes in the car-dru traffic jam, I saw two dozen people turn away from eating. this place is terrible at every day. understaffing is not going out. I've experienced in several places that 6-8 employees stand around while two people do all the work. if the franchise owner reads this, they must fire and start the entire staff. the current staff is lazy and uncomfortable.
Always so slow last time it has us over thirty minutes in the drive thru! always check if they order here almost always wrong. fast forward to sept 2022 so Drive-Thru was about 13 cars deep, so I decided to go. I had to order with their stupid computer machine that I think lasted longer than anything, then I waited another 20 minutes for a big mac. No one in this load has moved as if they had a job to do. they moved more slowly than I have ever seen that it is as if sloths work on this mcdonald’s.
Mcdon worsts I ever had experience. never get the right food. employees are always rude. Eating is always cold. the pop is irrigated. the dinge swimming in the pop (p liel like mold) terrible place would never recommend to go.
Our experience at this McDonalds was horrible. We went through the drive thru and we could barely understand the person because the speaker was muffled. We told them several times, but it didn't matter. Once we received our food, I immediately checked the bag and they had forgotten half of our order that we paid for because I checked the receipt after paying at the first window. When I went in the lobby, a manager was standing there and I explained what happened and he gave us the rest of our order, after searching our bag and touching all the food that was already in the bag. I also told him again about the speaker, but all he said was okay. No apology or anything. When I was walking out the door, I heard the woman who gave us our food through the drive thru, asked the manager what we wanted now. Please fix your speaker outside for lane 1 or have the staff member not have the microphone so close to their mouths, it makes it very difficult to understand the person!
