I was really disappointed with my experience and usually don’t speak up, but a person is only as good as their word. My husband and I were dining with our granddaughter, who ordered a backyard burger combo and discovered it was undercooked. We informed the waitress, mentioning that everything was fine up until that point. She took our information and assured us that our granddaughter would receive a complimentary meal due to the inconvenience. However, when we returned on 10/12/22, the manager stated that they could only offer a replacement burger. Unfortunately, I’ll have to seriously reconsider eating there again.

The service was excellent. However, I thought it was a bit odd that the toast was only cooked on one side.

The food was decent, though not quite what I had anticipated. The ingredients appeared to be on the lower end in terms of quality. I was let down when my steak and eggs turned out to be a square patty that reminded me of a thinner version of a McDonald's fish sandwich. If the steak is meant to be country-fried, please specify that—especially after I requested it medium. That should have been a clear sign that we weren't aligned on expectations. However, the pancake was excellent, and my son really enjoyed it.

You place your order at the counter, and then they bring your food to you. The servers are friendly, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I really enjoyed my ham biscuit; it’s clear someone knows how to make biscuits! However, the breakfast sandwich had rather bland eggs. I also wish they served Coke instead of Pepsi products. On the brighter side, the blueberry biscuit is absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight!
