The Godfather Pizza House

I ordered a pizza, with just chillies , sent pizza with chicken, when I called them the manager was rude over the phone and said I can’t keep sending pizza, well you never have so why on earth are you saying that? I’ve been ordering pizza from them for years and yes when they get it right it’s great but when they don’t, the service is terrible, really do not know how to speak to customers , even if it’s customers fault, there is a way of talking to them, not be patronising and horrible about it. People are struggling with Money these days so it means a lot when they are spending it buying and treating the family to a takeaway pizza . Godfather have some consideration and respect for people whom are keeping you in a business!!

The restaurant offers a deal of 2 12-inch pizzas for £15. We ordered 2 pizzas, chips, and sauce, which came to a total of £24. We thought they made a mistake, but when we went to pay, they explained that the higher price was due to the toppings we ordered. The toppings turned out to be the most expensive in town, so we were expecting the total to be £18.90. They kindly offered to let us have it for £20 because they had burnt one of the pizzas. This experience unfortunately put us off from returning to the restaurant.

Fantastic takeout experience! I wasn't in the mood for a sandwich and really wanted a burger, so they kindly customized one for me with extra buns. The staff was very friendly and even helped me find a seat since my back was hurting and I couldn't stand. The food was delicious as always.

I’ve been going to Godfather for over 20+ years I love this place. From the great food to the fantastic staff service, it’s great. Even though we now live in Bromley Cross we still see Godfather as our local pizza kebab place. It’s a bit of a drive but totally worth it. The only way it could be improved would be if it was closer to our house. Keep up the great work Maj Junior!

Food was 1 hour late and undercooked pizza rung back said its stone cold said oh we will have to give you £10 off next order .i can not give you a refund why not just excuses about lack of drivers .. usually very good but this time was terrible . Definitely avoid will not eat here ever again
