Bojangles - Biscoe

Drive thru. The service was horrible. The food was cold and they forgot numerous items from our order. When I went inside about the missing items and cold food. I got nothing but attitude from the staff. I just wanted the items I ordered.

The entire place was grimy and run down. The bathroom was so gross and showed months and months of poor cleaning. The seats were so gross and dirty. Food was consistent with Bojangles so that was what was expected but obviously the manager is absent. Staff was unfriendly and a few of them were sitting down in the main seating area or just not doing anything.Overall just a run down and gross atmosphere.

I come thru everyday and they never open the doors at 5am. The sign on the door says it open at 5am but they will only do drive thru. If I drove the truck in then they wouldn’t have a drive thru at all. Don’t understand why people don’t wanna work anymore.

I placed an order in person, went to pick it up and they hadn’t even started it yet… we waited 30

It was 2 other groups there they was pleasant then we sat n tried food ham was cold n warm in the middle n my mom's chicken was golden n to hard. Tea was our drinks n was unexpected with tea.
