I frequent the restaurant as a regular guest at the Westin The bartenders are great, they got my order! Amber and Rihanna are very attentive.

Coming from a service industry person, I was beyond disappointed with everything from the service to the food.

It's easy to understand why the reviews are what they are.

The atmosphere was good, the noise level was ok, the food was missing. The service was very good, nice waiters and reception! The sweetness of the sauces in our Mexican food was very different and not good! Even the salsa for the fries was more like spaghetti. How do you mess up something simple like salsa? We think the worst was the enchilada sauce, sweet sauce, cinnamon doesn't go with enchiladas, I don't care if it's California, it doesn't taste good, sorry !!!!!!

I love this place! Your salsa is excellent and the mole is wonderful too. I eat here every time I am in Laguna Beach.
