I hope this message finds you well. I want to take a moment to express how fantastic your bagels are! However, I have a suggestion that I believe could enhance your menu: the option to purchase a bacon bagel. There are so many people who love both bagels and bacon, and I think this could be a big hit. My idea is to bake the bacon inside the bagel, similar to how you do with your chocolate chip bagels. Hands-down, our favorite bagel place! Just left there Sunday, August 6, 2018. The gal opening the store was very sweet. She saw me waiting in the parking lot early and open the door for me. Great place

I absolutely love the local treats from this place! It would be great if they offered a power version and some spinach for their bagel sandwiches, but other than that, everything is 100% delicious!

Excellent customer service! I placed a large order through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, the wrong items were delivered. I was unsure how to resolve the issue quickly (we were really hungry!). I called Bagel Factory, and they promptly remade my order and delivered it hot, along with some extra food to make up for the mistake. Highly recommend Bagel Factory!
