Pablo's Cantina - Birmingham

Extremely authentic and absolutely delicious. We had the Pablo’s Pollo Loco and Southwestern Egg Rolls both were sooooo good. Service was very fast and restaurant was clean. Skinny Margarita was very tasty too!

Great food, seasoned to perfection and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Food was excellent. Server and hostess were very sweet. Was jammed packed with people but still was great service and wasnt too bad of a wait.

Very nice low key restaurant. Pleasant waiters and waiters. Nice place to hang around with a group of friends.

Honestly, the few times I've been greeted for the exception I've never been greeted to wait until whoever is responsible for the cashier, I guess finally comes to bring out my order. My first experience in Pablo?s was really great! But the second and third time was not that big. I ordered the chickens and I don't think it was worth $18 I paid. The chicken had no taste. It's the first time I eat and had chicken with absolutely no taste no season on it. The beans sadly had a burned taste. I also ordered a big cheese dip because my daughter loves cheese dip! And unfortunately it tastes burned too. I really hate that they would sell foods that tastes rough and burn worse. I don't know who wants to pay something for burnt food in their real sense. It's disgusting, I'm sorry I was very upset and disappointed that we had to throw away our dinner on a beautiful Sunday night. I spent over $50 for our family dinner. After our third visit to this restaurant we won?t come back based on our experience we had.
