Excellent service and dishes as always. Atmosphere is fantastic and staff are so friendly. The food is great be it a light snack or a main course meal. Priced reasonable. Definitely worth a visit Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg dishes and restaurant is very accommodating when it comes to ordering. Kid-friendliness: Kids are very welcome. Restaurant is quite big with different rooms so you can choose a1 quiet room or else let the kids play in the alley next to the restaurant

Nice, beautiful restaurant in an old stone building located in the center piazza of Birgu. We had a very charismatic waiter for the first half of the service, but then he ended his shift, and the other one was not bad, but not remarkable. The problem, actually, was the food. It took almost an hour to get our dishes and that's why I am giving two stars to service. We asked for a Rabbit Spaghetti, a Fried Rabbit and an Octopus with garlic. I can say with no doubt that the food was way below average. The octopus were actually only baby octopus and they were very, but very! overcooked. It was not like rubber, like octopus gets when overcooked. It was even worse. The Rabbit Spaghetti had no taste at all and the pasta was weird, I don't know if undercooked or just bad quality pasta. The Rabbit was the only ok ish dish, but still, very greasy, not that tasteful and slightly overcooked. It's a shame, because it is a beautiful place and had potential if the kitchen wasn't so bad. Prices are ok, I guess.
