Starbucks - Birch Run

Prices seem too high for my sensibilities. But really like the coffee. Inside is very cold, barren decor, vy sterile. Would never associate it as a coffee house-which denotes to me an inviting comfortable place to kickback and visit with friends. Offer agave nectar which I love, and is the only sweetener I'm able to use-a big plus for me. Parking: Small parking lot but not too small or restricted. Service: Takeaway

Stopped in at 1710 in ordered a ice white chocolate mocha vente no whip definitely not what I got... These new people need to be taught correctly or there needs to be a set standard. I taste no mocha in this at all barely taste any white chocolate... This is my go to drink so it's not like. I am not knowledgeable in what I'm looking at and tasting here. Food: 2

My husband got a mocha here it was twice the price of what he'd gotten at Tim Horton's

Service and staff are amazing to start with. But since they have remodeled over the past few months they have cut the seating in half. There is very little space to sit and meet with someone or to sit and work for a bit. This location ALWAYS has people sitting and enjoying there coffee so the fact that Starbucks has made the seating even more limited here shows how disconnected they are with customers needs. Ont top of that almost every time I come in to get a coffee and meet someone 1 or 2 of the seats is taken up by what I assume is a regional manager or some corporate starbucks employee working here. Such a let down to see this location pushing people away.

This is literally the best customer service and I absolutely love their coffee even though it's a little more costly The coffee is real there's no fake in it and you can have it anyway that you want it. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
