Ordered a butter rum coconut and pineapple cake for my dad's 86th birthday. We all really enjoyed it, especially the birthday guy! This bakery is an old fashioned no nonsense place that makes simple but delicious goods!<br/ <br/ <br/ 11 May, 2011 <br/ <br/ Old school bakery.... The breads, cakes and various delicious sweets are made in the traditional fashion and this bakery has been in Biloxi at least since the turn of the 20th century. My favorite cake is a toasted coconut cake with pineapple filling, it is moist and delicious. I take one to my father for every birthday he has and he is approaching his 82nd in a few days. He loves this cake and so do I!<br/ <br/ Tradition and baking ability/experience are important to me and Electrik Maid has it! They have my business for all my bakery needs!

The best birthday cakes that will make your mouth water. And let's not overlook the fabulous petit fours. The doughnuts are truly out of this world!

Everything is so good. Honestly, there is nothing, that isn't delicious. Almost forgot about this place, since I moved from Biloxi to Gulfport years ago. Came by the other day by coincidence and had to stop. Had a cream filled long John. Yum!!! Bought rolls too. Yes, the place itself is dingy and dated. But if you can see past that, and just come for the delicious baked goods, you won't be disappointed.

Order a cake in advance for your birthday celebration! I got an apple pie and it was amazing!
