Buck's T-4 Lodging Dining - Big Sky

This is a review focused on the food, not the ambiance of the restaurant. The location was eerily quiet—only one other couple was present, which should have been a red flag. The atmosphere resembled that of a retirement community. Although the menu sounded impressive, the food was quite disappointing. The bison was unappetizing and had an unpleasant odor, and the steak that replaced it was just as bad. On a positive note, our waiter was fantastic—I truly hope he finds success in another career. Unfortunately, I fear this restaurant will soon become a thing of the past, much like the grey wolf.

This place is fantastic! The service is excellent, and I really love the atmosphere. Overall, it deserves a perfect score: 5 for the rooms, 5 for the service, and 5 for the location.

Really enjoyed our meal and the service was great. Amazing wine list but wish they’d bring back the huckleberry lemon martini cocktail and a few of the original menu items like the thunder thighs and tater tots. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4

I don't know about the current management, but the place was previously run by Klansmen. Chuck Schaumer was or still is a Grand Wizard. Disgusting people.
