Caribou Coffee - Big Lake

I visited this restaurant yesterday for my usual iced coffee, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. There was a dead fly floating on top of my coffee, which was completely visible. I had already taken a few sips before I noticed it. I went to another Caribou location to ask for a refund, but the emotional toll had already been taken. I am sad to say that I will no longer be getting coffee from Caribou and will be taking a long break from iced coffee.

I recently ordered 5 shots of espresso at this restaurant and paid for it. However, when I received my order, I noticed that there was barely any espresso in the cup. I went back in line and ordered 2 more shots of espresso. Surprisingly, I received more espresso from my 2 shots at $2.28 than I did from my original 5 shots at $4.80. This has happened to me multiple times when ordering espresso, receiving a very small amount for a high price.

This used be my favorite store. Disappointed to say, the last few times I’ve been here my drinks have been very watered down. Quite a bit of money to spend for coffee water.

Caribou’s new Cabin Cafe/coffee stops are pretty darn cool I got to say! ??I needed a power booster and run into this little Cabin on the side Hwy 10 in Big lake Mn. Hey! Just what I needed! ??The girls there super friendly! Nice, got me a nice super hot Americano and I am ready to continue my journey!Great job guys! Cheers!!

Scooters is my new go to place for coffee, since caribou decided to get rid of my blended dragonfruit drink. The quality of coffee at caribou in big lake has gone down hill, and you always are rushing people through the drive through. Not very welcoming at all, sincerely, former long time customer.
