Firehouse Subs Gainesville In Ga

Wow. I actually enjoy Firehouse Subs, which is why it PAINS me so greatly to have my hand forced in writing this poor review. The incident actually occurred a few months ago. All was well and I was enjoying my sub until the lady with the weird eyebrows felt the need to interject herself and treat me, a PAYING customer with unacceptable disrespect. WOW. I will never be eating at this location again, which is saying a lot because Firehouse Subs is probably my favorite fast food. My trust has been broken.

It took over 35 minutes to get our food. The service was incredibly slow and it appeared the employees were having an issue of working together. Tables were dirty with food crumbs and other trash while other tables had boxes stored on them from the truck being delivered. Broken down boxes littered the back of the store making those tables unusable. Food was mediocre at best. Made very sloppy, not made as requested and the hot sandwich was cold. Customers who came in after us were told it would be 50-60 minute wait for food.

Haven't been here in a while, and I'm so glad we went. Our subs were very good, and I love that you can customize your own sub. The workers were very friendly and helpful.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would've. Both my husband's sandwich and mine were super soggy, my turkey was nasty and did not even get the bacon for the turkey bacon ranch. Husband tried my sandwich and said it was absolutely terrible. Place was kinda dirty, staff didn't seem very friendly and like they didn't want to be there. Won't be surprised if I get sick from this place

Mr Hinde on Thursdays always brings up the energy in this place. I make it a point to come on Thursdays. These new machines that make us place out orders are cute. Makes me feel I'm working for the company. Since you take away the customer to order taker away I want to ask why the cost hasn't went down? The atmosphere here is now totally different. There's no talking to anyone. I won't be coming back to firehouse any locations. Sometimes cutting cost isn't the best thing for business like yours
