Ladurée - Beverly Hills

I'm know for my Honest reviews on Google so here is another one. I loved this place, very friendly staff and very delicious pastery. Maybe one of the bedt in town for macaroons. The only con is that its a bit expensive so keep that in mind.

Planned on coming here today to place a large order for an event but after reading the reviews and hearing a first account of the staff rudeness from a friend I will not spend my money here. Shame on them. This is Beverly Hills and there are only a few locations. Do better! People want to patron your shop but not if they will leave unsatisfied. Whomever is writing the replies to the reviews should be ashamed that they have to copy and paste the same tasteless reply instead of having corporate fix the problem. New staff and updated protocols are needed.

I’ve been to other Laduree’s before, by far this is the worst one. Our server didn’t bring some of the pastries we ordered. No utensil and napkins. We asked another server to help us bring the pastry or at least the bill, she said rudely “I’m not your server and wait for her”. Finally when we got the bill from a different server, we told them how we didn’t get some of our food and he rudely replied, this is all that was keyed in as your order and pay for that. I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Ladurée Bakery in Beverly Hills, and I must say that it was one of the most unpleasant encounters I've ever had at a bakery. The workers there were incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of hospitality. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with their service.From the moment I entered the bakery, I was met with a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff seemed disinterested in helping customers and instead focused on their own conversations. It was as if I was an inconvenience to them rather than a paying customer. Their lack of attentiveness was truly astonishing.Not only were the workers unresponsive, but they also displayed a dismissive attitude when approached with inquiries. It was as if they were bothered by my presence and had no interest in providing any assistance. I found their behavior to be incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.Furthermore, when I attempted to place an order, I was met with impatience and curt responses. The staff seemed irritated by my questions and rushed me to make a decision. I felt as though I was inconveniencing them with my mere presence, which is absolutely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a bakery that prides itself on quality and customer service.The overall ambiance of Ladurée Bakery was far from welcoming. The workers' attitude created an uncomfortable and hostile environment. I had hoped to enjoy a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. The negative attitude of the staff overshadowed any potential enjoyment I could have derived from their pastries and treats.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ladurée Bakery in Beverly Hills. Their workers' rude and unhelpful demeanor severely tarnished the entire visit. A bakery should be a place where customers feel valued and welcomed, but that was certainly not the case here. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out friendlier establishments in the area.
