Carl's Corner - Bethlehem

Have been going here for 30+ years, through multiple owners. Love the food, but recently had a major customer service let down on 8/19. Just trying being to be honest. Definitely will go again, because really 30+ year fan. Just saying, 6 months into new ownership, I had hoped for better service.

Food was great. Service was great. And will be returning to try more of their delicious menu.

Think they're great! Think I prefer them over Eli's subs! Probably one of my go-to steak subs place locally! Seems wonderful people! (Besides few customers maybe not so nice, tho I let that slide, since we can't control that, because life. I'd consider buying subs from them again! Last time, they taste very great! However, maybe one employee seems rude. Not sure why.

This highly regarded cheesesteak place is consistently reliable and offers delightful monthly specials. The beef is incredibly tender. While they serve traditional Philly cheesesteaks, tourists should definitely try the local version, which features pickles and tomato sauce. It’s very hearty and reasonably priced. There’s plenty of variety on the menu. The fries are reminiscent of Five Guys fries but actually have a nice crispiness. It would be great if they offered Cajun seasoning as an optional add-on for the fries.
