I have been visiting this restaurant since I moved to Berlin with my wife and I must admit that this is the kind of experience I was literally waiting for! Owners are really inspiring people with enough energy to run the tavern, talk with you and to be amazingly friendly. And now about the food... Oh my god it tastes just wonderful and the greek specialities are like you wanna eat them every weekend because you feel in this tavern like visiting your family in Greece, so delicious is food there and so good you feel there. I enjoyed every single visit and lunch there and believe me, it was many times! For me is this tavern something extra and I want you to go there and try on your own! :) it does worth it!

We found this delightful restaurant after we biked around the Müggel lake on a Friday. Luckily we sat at the last available table in their charming outdoor setting as this eatery is very popular with the locals, make sure to book ahead. We received...an English menu and were perfectly looked after. Serving sizes are generous, so bring an appetite or share plates, as was recommended to us. We had mixed cold entrées (krios meses) and perfectly slow cooked lamb (exochiko). Delicious!
